Study on the Stability of dl-methylephedrine HCl Mixed with Anti-cold Pharmacentical Preparations in Solutions

Abstract
|
|
|
There are many reports on the stability of pharmaceutical preparations in solutions and various dosage forms. . The auther studied on the stability of dl methylephedrine mixed with anti-cold pharmaceutical preparations in solutions.
From the result of this experiments.
1.) Pyrazolone derivatives in antipyretics more accelerated degradation ratio of methylephedrine than that of other antipyretics.
2) Degradation ratio of methylephedrine mixed with ascorbic acid was significantly increased and next, that of barbital & prednisolone was few increased.
3) Largely, The stability of methylephedrine in pharmaceutical preparations was stable than that of antipyretics and various drugs.
